Postural Wedge

The Postural Wedge allows the user to adopt an inclined form while lying on the Reformer carriage which can help hip pain, neck pain, spinal alignment, or other physiotherapeutic issues. Also known as a Pilates Pregnancy Wedge, one of the most common uses of the seat wedge is to allow pregnant women to avoid lying flat on their back while exercising to provide comfort. The wedge fits perfectly on the carriage of all Align-Pilates Reformers and extends between the shoulder rests to the head rest.

Wipe with a clean damp cloth to clean. Do not use harsh cleaning detergents on this product.
